Some products may be returned for a credit within 14 days of purchase provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in resalable condition. Software that has been opened cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us before returning any product. A restocking fee may apply on returned orders. The purchaser is liable for the cost of return freight and insurance. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Schools that have ordered software on approval may return opened software as long as it is returned in resalable condition. See Software On Approval for further details.

All returns (excluding faulty software) must be within 14 days of invoice date.

Licences, lab packs, discontinued products, and products purchased from our clearance section can not be returned without special prior approval from Software Time and must be within 14 days of invoice date.

Faulty software may be returned for an exchange within a reasonable time period however please phone or email us first for further details.
