HOW TO PAY
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, cheque, money order or direct deposit. Please allow 4 days clearing for personal cheques.
Schools, TAFE's, Colleges and Universities can order on account. Simply send us a purchase order and we'll send you an invoice with your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders we receive by 3pm (Sydney time) the same day if the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock we can normally get it in within 24-48 hours. We'll contact you with an estimated time of delivery if your order is not expected to ship within 48 hours.
Orders that contain software downloads are not instant. They are usually processed within 1 business day but may take longer depending on the product ordered.
Delivery is $10.95 per order (excluding download only orders).
We ship most orders with Australia Post eParcel. All orders must be signed for. If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. It is not possible for a parcel to be left without a signature.
Orders may be collected from our office at Level 6, Suite 105, 330 Wattle St, Ultimo in Sydney between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Please place your order online, by phone or email and we'll contact you once your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you are contacted before picking up your order.
Some products we sell are only available to students, teachers, educational institutions and not-for-profit organisations. This includes education and student products from Adobe, Avid, Corel, Microsoft, Nuance, Sony, and Steinberg. Valid student/teacher ID may be required as part of the registration process with some products. Check individual product descriptions for information regarding eligibility requirements.
